I threw caution to the wind in 2017, closing my profitable policy firm to move to the beach and live my dream of being a surfer, life coach, and motivational speaker. And it worked. Even more, I was able to discover, embrace, and own who I was and what I loved outside of my professional identity. I was able to build successful businesses that allowed me to use my talents and skills to earn an income on my own time, on my own terms, and from my simple beach town.

It was not an easy journey. And I made a lot of mistakes. But along the way, I learned exactly what it takes to get unprofessional and live a life centering passion and purpose; not career.

I started my personal development journey ten years ago.I was "successful" AF, but my life didn't feel right. Despite my professional successes, I was unfulfilled, depressed, and addicted, and knew there had to be more to life; I just wasn't sure what that was.After lots of deep inner work and healing, I realized I didn't have to accept things as they were. I woke up to the possibility that I could live an entirely new life! After this realization, I set a simple, general, but huge goal: move to the beach, surf every day, and get paid for being myself.I left a six-figure business to bet on my happiness, fulfillment, and belief that I can live exactly how I want to. It worked. And that journey led me here to you.

UNPROFESSIONAL AF is a 12-week, one-on-one, high-touch coaching program that will get you 100% clear on exactly what you want and help you develop the certainty, confidence, courage and plan you need to leave your profession pursue your ideal life while capitalizing on what you've already built without taking unnecessary risks.
